- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes clearance items and specific promotions.

- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include the return form, which can be printed from your return portal or included with your original order.
- Ship Your Return: Attach the return shipping label provided in the return portal or email. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Returns: If you’re returning due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
- International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
